How does the AI process respondent submissions?
We use the Gemini API (Paid Service). Google acts only as a data processor, meaning your responses are not used to train AI models. Prompts and responses may be stored briefly, but only to check policy compliance or meet legal requirements—never for product improvements.

Paid plans also use smarter AI models with stronger reasoning.

Ask AI Insight helps you dig into survey results by writing messages. Behind the scenes, we group answers into up to 100 clusters, then only send the most relevant ones to Gemini. That means your messages get quicker, sharper answers without overloading the system.
